Boss music for the Mad King, and my submission for the Impressions Composing  Jam hosted by KaleOverlord. The theme was "The Mountain King."

Mountain of Madness would be a highly stylized, colorful action game. The soundtrack would be a mix of rock and electro. My entrie is the music of the confrontation with the Mad King, the final boss at the top of the mountain. 

It's an electro-rock track that alternates between soft and hard phases. I wanted the guitar and synth to convey a sense of action, and the violin to bring back a noble feel to the music. The general tone is one of combat, madness, and the idea that it's almost the end (of the game).
